Reporting to the Director of Regional Economic Development, the Growth Officer will support the development and delivery of strategic initiatives that grow local businesses and advance regional priorities. A significant portion of your time will be spent on real estate, related files, and leading complex development, supporting land development, commercial leasing, site selection, and investment projects. 

You will act as a connector between communities, developers, landlords, entrepreneurs, and partners, driving real impact in both urban and rural areas.
