With our expanded geographical area due to municipal reform, many communities were initially unaware of our brand. To address this, our Business Development officers and Workforce team members actively engaged with local municipalities and businesses by distributing printed assets such as brochures, postcards, and information packages. Additionally, we designed window stickers and regular stickers featuring our three key words for each team, along with a QR code directing to the Ignite website. These efforts were crucial in building brand recognition and reinforcing our brand promise.

Our brand strategy includes using electronic assets, when possible, vs printing large documents such as our Welcome Guide. We also use QR codes at many of our in-person events to access virtual agendas or information packages (media kits for example).
