The primary function is to support clients and sector managers through the development approval process, ensuring alignment with municipal, regional, and provincial requirements. The role involves preparing and presenting information on policy frameworks and financial incentives, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring legislative and policy changes, and offering strategic input on planning and economic development projects.
