The Manager, Economic Development provides strategic leadership in advancing the Municipality of Port Hope’s economic vision by implementing key corporate initiatives aligned with Council’s strategic priorities, and the Economic Development Strategic Plan. This role leads a robust Economic Development program with a focus on enhancing investment readiness; businesses attraction, expansion and retention; and building strong relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and all levels of government to promote Port Hope as a premier location for investment and economic prosperity.
