Reporting to the Director of Downtown Strategy, you will be accountable for implementing the Greater Downtown Plan through managing teams that focus on administering real estate incentive programs, analyzing investment options, conducting research, and engaging in strategic planning, governance, and advocacy, while also ensuring effective monitoring and reporting on all initiatives. This position will align with and support the Planning & Development Department’s Service Excellence team. As a key member of the Management Team, you will be expected to foster an inclusive leadership approach that promotes equity, diversity, and inclusion, as well as psychological and physical safety.
