The Town of Espanola invites qualified consultants to submit proposals for the development of a comprehensive Economic Diversification Strategy for the LaCloche Foothills region. This project will require a consultant skilled in economic development, marketing, group facilitation, collaboration, analysis of opportunities and strategy formulation. To be considered for contract award, proponents must demonstrate experience with, and knowledge of economic development as it relates to rural Northern Ontario municipalities. The Strategy will identify priority sectors, initiatives and investments that can have a tangible impact on sustainable economic diversification.
