Who wins with clean energy? – a promotional video for the Clean Energy Frontier program
The Clean Energy Frontier program is a public/private partnership between Bruce County and Bruce Power. The program is delivered by the Nuclear Innovation Institute, a nonprofit organization based in Port Elgin, Ontario, and has a mandate to support the clean energy sector across the three counties of Bruce, Grey and Huron.
In spring 2022 the Clean Energy Frontier program developed a promotional video to demonstrate the opportunity presented by the clean energy sector in the Clean Energy Frontier region of Bruce, Grey and Huron counties. This promotional piece was launched at an event which included economic development stakeholders, tourism experts, elected officials and media.
“Who wins with clean energy” video showcases the employment opportunities in the clean energy sector, highlighting over 60 nuclear suppliers who have expanded into the region. In addition to employment opportunities within the industry, the video showcases a local business owner who speaks to the prosperity in the community and messaging relating to quality of life because of the job creation and assessment growth in the three counties.
The meaningful script and local footage speak to the community enhancement and continued prosperity. This video has a long shelf life and can be found embedded on the Clean Energy Frontier web page, and the content will be repurposed for social media posts in the future.
